World cup 2018:”It could be coming home” for England as they beat Sweden 2-0.

England who have the third youngest team at the world cup took on a more senior side in Sweden for a semi final-spot in Samara.25 year old Harry Maguire thirtieth minute thumping header from a Ashley Young cornerkick gave England a 1-0 lead.Dele Alli doubled that inthe fiftyninth minute with a header that went past goalkeeper Olssen after a delightfull chip by Jesse Lingard.Sweden didn’t really lay a glove on England, they did though call goalkeeper Jordan Pickford who made a couple of good but regular saves from Al Ain striker Marcus Berg.England have made it to the Semi-final for the first time since Italia 90,they have also scored eleven goals the same number they scored when they last won the world cup in 1966.
