The world cup 2018 group stages are over and these are the players who have been sensational for their particular countrys.

In midfield we have phillip Coutunho whose 2 goals and an assist has help him get an average rating of 8.03 higher than teamate Neymar he has a pass accuracy of 90% he has been involved directly in 80% of Brazil’s goals so far. next to him we have Golovin who has been key in a spirited Russian side although he was suspended for their last group game aganist Uruguay inthe two games he has played he has got a goal and two assists.Next to him is the inspiring Croatian Captain Luka Modric who has led from the front for his team he has got two goals a pass accuracy of 87.4% and his distribution has been phenominal he also helps alot at the back.The last midfielder is Hector Herrera,the Mexican is more defensive minded and has an incredible work ethic that keeps the Mexicans ticking and hard to break down.

Up top we have absolute goal machines in Cristiano Ronaldo and Harry Kane who between them have scored nine goals and are the only two to have scored hatricks at this years finals.The portuguese has scored four goals in three games while the Englishman has scored five in two games.lineup
